Guidelines for Winter Retreat
Read these and then sign the covenant on the release form when you register online and bring it with you to the retreat (or mail it with the registration form)

The MAD Youth Cabinet has developed the following guidelines for those attending the Winter Retreat. These guidelines will be strictly adhered to:

- Lights out promptly at times designated on the schedule.

- If any vandalism occurs, you will pay for the damages and will be requested to leave at the expense of your parents.

- No food or drinks in the cabins.

- Anyone arriving after 8:00 pm Friday, or leaving prior to 1:00 Sunday, must have written permission from their parents and a telephone number where they can be reached for verification. There will be no exceptions. NO one is allowed to leave without DISTRICT advisor permission.

- You are to attend and participate in all sessions and activities.

- No smoking, use of alcohol or illegal substances will be tolerated.

- No males in females cabins and no females in males cabins!

- No manipulation of cabin or building heating systems.

- Cell phones must be turned off during sessions. If a cabinet member catches someone text messaging during a session, the phone will be confiscated until the end of the session.

Violation of these guidelines will result in suspension.
Parents will be called to pick you up at their expense.

This event is for Senior High Youth (9th grade - 1st yr out of high school) and advisors ONLY.

Those not meeting the age guidelines will not be permitted to stay. Strict adherence to the guidelines will be followed.
